At some point his wifi network reset and he couldn’t access anything. He called me and I was able to show up, debug the issue and reconnect him.
It took me 20 minutes, but he got his lifeline to the world back.
He just needed someone to show up, take a look at his technology and fix the simple issue he was running into.
A lot of people don’t have someone like that to call.
